hey, ive tried running many times over my lifetime+ gave up. stayed devoted 2 other types of exercise. bt due 2 some recent life stress, something new hs finally clicked,+ i started 2 crave running+have started again w/ almost daily 2 mile runs, which i kno is not much bt man, It clears my head like nothing else and i have nvr been this consistent! exciting! I also have a loved one w/ MS. anyway wanted 2 say yr blog is super inspiring. it helped get me off my ass 2day. thanks!
