The founder of Run Dem Crew, Charlie Dark, honored me at the crew’s Tuesday night run with a medal ceremony for the 50-mile race I completed earlier this summer.

To say this was an honor is understatement!  I’m privileged to call Charlie an inspiration and a friend.
